There is a little bit of confusion here as there appears to be two developments known by this name, one being a luxury project of 11 villas the other being of 42 apartments and townhouses.

The Urbanizacion de Princesa Kristina dates back from the 1970s and is well established, but has recently undergone a considerable expansion as has most of the area.

Los Altos de Princesa Kristina is a development of 42 townhouses, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments built to a high specification and due for occupation in 2005.

The development is situated on the right-hand side of the Princess Christina road as it begins to climb to the original urbanisation.

Properties in this development start from around the €195,000 mark. Completion is given as December 2005.
