This development, a complex
of 86 low-rise apartments, duplexes and penthouses, is being built
just above La Duquesa Golf and Country Club on the brow of Loma
del Hacho, or Beacon Hill, a high point ensuring marvellous views
over the golf course, the surrounding countryside and the mountains
beyond.
The development consists of
four low-rise blocks set within spacious landscaped grounds with
their own swimming pools and leisure areas. It is comprised mainly
of two-bedroom apartments, all with two bathrooms and large terraces,
although there are also several three-bedroom duplexes which overlook
the golf course below as well as penthouses with large terraces
on the upper floor. The ground-floor apartments all have their

The residences are to be constructed
to a high standard, with reinforced foundations and structure

walls. Floors will have ivory cream marble in main living areas,
with top quality Gres tiling in kitchens and bathrooms. Outdoor
terraces and entrance passageways will be tiled with rustic style
Gres tiles. Windows and doors to terraces are to be lacquered
aluminium, with Climalit double glazing and integral roller shutters.
The entrance door will be reinforced and have security locks;
this door and internal doors to rooms and built-in wardrobes will
be finished with white lacquer. Kitchens and bathrooms will be
fully fitted, with Roca sanitaryware and fittings in the bathroom
and all wall furnishing and electrodomestics in the kitchen; both
rooms are to be fully tiled with top quality ceramic tiles.
All apartments are to
be fitted with telephone and television connection points and
prepared for the reception of Cablelink and two digital television
platforms. There is centralised hot/cold airconditioning and individual
electric boilers, and all residences have inbuilt wall safes,
a preinstallation for an alarm system and a video entrance system;
for additional security, there is a concierge on duty in the entrance
hall.
