This development, a complex of 86 low-rise apartments, duplexes and penthouses, is being built just above La Duquesa Golf and Country Club on the brow of Loma del Hacho, or Beacon Hill, a high point ensuring marvellous views over the golf course, the surrounding countryside and the mountains beyond.

The development consists of four low-rise blocks set within spacious landscaped grounds with their own swimming pools and leisure areas. Kitchens and bathrooms will be fully fitted, with Roca sanitaryware and fittings in the bathroom and all wall furnishing and electrodomestics in the kitchen; both rooms are to be fully tiled with top quality ceramic tiles.

All apartments are to be fitted with telephone and television connection points and prepared for the reception of Cablelink and two digital television platforms. There is centralised hot/cold airconditioning and individual electric boilers, and all residences have inbuilt wall safes, a preinstallation for an alarm system and a video entrance system; for additional security, there is a concierge on duty in the entrance hall.
