Duquesa Hills

Duquesa Hills is situated just behind Los Hidalgos in the Terán area of Manilva and overlooks the Arroyo del Indiano valley.

The Duquesa Hills project is three distinct developments within one, each development having its own distinct styles of home which all share the same high quality construction standards and an extensive range of amenities, yet have characteristics which will make them attractive to different types of buyer.

Pueblo El Goleto's apartments are built in a low-rise complex and have between one and three bedrooms; the one-bedroom apartments have between 66 and 96 square metres of living area; two-bedroom apartments have between 103 and 111 square metres; and the three-bedroom versions have between 115 and 123 square metres of living area. The penthouses have either one bedroom and 96 square metres of living space or two bedrooms and between 144 and 158 square metres of living area. All have sunny terraces, which overlook the communal gardens and swimming pool.

The townhouses of Pueblo La Vid have a choice of either a two or a three bedroom option, although both options have the same amount of living space, 194 square metres; they have rear gardens of their own and a spacious balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Plot sizes vary between 120 and 180 square metres.

Pueblo La Cepa's semi-detached villas are family homes with plenty of room and great views over the sea to the south and east and the mountains and rugged landscape to the north. They have 197 square metres of living area, and their large private gardens vary in size between 365 and 484 square metres, plenty of room to build a private swimming pool if desired.

The grounds of Duquesa Hills have a variety of leisure and relaxation pursuits available. There is an extensive garden area with decorative fountains and rock gardens, a communal swimming pool, a social club and spa, a gymnasium and other sporting facilities, a bilingual kindergarten and nursery, as well as a laundry service, shops and other facilities. The comprehensive range of facilities, together with the wide choice of home designs and prices, make Duquesa Hills likely to attract a great deal of interest from those looking for a comfortable home as well as from those looking for an investment return. The construction of this complex will begin by this summer, with completion of the complex expected to be by mid-2005.
