About Us

We are a Property Management company who have been active on the coast for 5 years on the Mijas Costa and who have just opened an office in the centre of Sabinillas. Like most companies in this area we are a husband and wife run team, but unlike most we are an S.L. – Spanish Ltd company. What does that mean? Well it means we have to do everything open and legal, good news for you and should give you reassurance and confidence to deal with us. We provide a full and professional service for our customers developed through years of customer service experience working in Europe, and our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our Refund Policy. Don´t put up with second best come and talk to us. We can also provide references should you wish.

Our Services

The basic Property Management service includes:
Holding keys, Weekly inspections for the unexpected as well as the expected, postal collection, utility controls, inventory service, information pack and general assistance and advice.

Options (additional to the Basic)

Pre – and post visit preparation, cleaning and laundry service, plant care, repairs and maintenance, improvements and decoration, dealing with tradesmen, postal management, financial services (taxes, bill payments).

Rentals Service

We will rent your property for you if you wish, or just look after your property and guests if you make your own rental arrangements.

All of our services can be tailored to your need – if you need something not listed then ask us.

Whether it is long term rental while you work here in the area, or perhaps in Gibraltar, or want to find out if you will be happy here before you buy, or short term rent for a relaxing holiday, or perhaps that special golfing trip with the `gang’ at Valderama or any of the host of other local courses in the area – de Napier have what you are looking for.
