Organised by Manilva’s Department of Tourism, this event on Friday, 15th August, is in celebration of tourism in Manilva and offers a variety of events and activities for visitors of all ages.

The programme for the ‘Dia del Turista’ is as follows:

From 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm you can enjoy free sardines cooked on an open fire in the traditional Malaga style.

At 10 pm there will be the grand draw for the winners of the “Apuesto por nuestro comercio” (Bet on our local commerce) campaign for which the winners will receive a Mediterranean cruise for 2, and 600€ to spend in any of the participating retailers, so make sure you remember to dig out those tickets you’ve been collection over recent months.

10.30 pm The will be a performance by the “Dany Cantos” company who will be performing songs from across the ages.

There will be a marquee at which tourist information and merchandise will be available. There will also be bouncy castles, face painting, etc for the kids.
