40% Macabeo, 40% Muscat, 10% Parellada and 10% Xarel-lo. This wine combines the fresh, fruity, acidic qualities of the Catalan cava varieties with the grapey sweetness of Muscat and appealing blend that matches Thai and Chinese dishes, cutting through fat and competing sweetness, also the perfect wine for a glass on the terrace in the summer heat. |
